Southview Gardens Housing Support Service

Our Southview Gardens Housing Support Service offers high quality practical and emotional support for people living with ongoing mental health ill health. 

As a tenant, you’ll have your own tenancy agreement with Hillcrest Homes for your flat. Each flat has a lounge/kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The first floor will house the Resource Flat which is 24/7. 

Support at Southview Gardens is for people aged 18 and over who are tenants of Hillcrest Homes. You need to be referred by the social work team for our support.

Support is arranged on an individual basis. We want to know what matters to you. That’s why we’ll support you to become empowered to make informed choices about your daily living. 

We’ll support you to gain the skills you need to live positively within your local community. We’ll work together with you to discover your strengths, and will support you to set and achieve your goals one step at a time.
